MacAttendance is an application which keeps track of period-by-period school attendance records at the building level with up-to-the-minute accuracy. Absences are posted into MacAttendance with a simple point and click of the mouse. If you make a mistake, you can use the undo feature. MacAttendance tracks the attendance histories for each student and can identify students with excessive absences or perfect attendance. All the reports feature a graphical page preview so you can scroll around and zoom in and out to see the report on the screen without wasting paper.

This demo of MacAttendance is exactly like the real application, except it cannot save information to disk. We include an example document that you can use to explore the program including posting attendance, and printing reports. An online copy of the manual is also included which you can look at on the screen or print on paper. When you obtain a site license for the program, you will receive a working copy that can save your information, customized with your school name, maximum number of students and grade levels. You will also receive a printed hard-copy manual. Toll free technical support is also included within the USA in the site license.
